I have recently had a number of treatment sessions at Tim Woods Healthcare from Lucy Read for severe pain in my neck. I previously had 5 sessions with a Physiotherapist but with little improvement. The Osteopath, Lucy has over a number of sessions this year, greatly reduced my neck pain to the point where I have almost no pain at all. I have previously use Tim Woods Osteopaths for back and shoulder pain, again with major improvement.
I can highly recommend this Osteopath.

My recent massage with Sarah was amazing. She is professional, caring and really good at what she does.

She checked in during the treatment to ensure I was comfortable and knew intuitively when to ease and increase pressure. My body was in a lot of discomfort prior to the treatment, but by the next day I was like a new person.

I was very impressed with Lucy. She was very thorough with her explosionxplanations of both questions and manipulation of my upper back and shoulders. The next day I felt stiff but the pain I had been experiencing was slightly better. It's not an overnight fix but a work in progress. I look forward to my next session.
