Ive been going to see Sara now for a little while,
My experience has been absolutely great, very professional,caring and very good at her job.
Feel very at ease.
Would recommend absolutely has helped me loads
I recently had a natural lift facial massage,made my skin feel very refreshed and nourished with the oils that were used, my skin felt very good after,
I use sara alot for deep tissue massage which helps me with tightening of my muscle in my back neck and shoulder as I have a heavy lifting job, afterwards I feel totally light and very relaxed

I had back pain, couldn't sleep and moved properly. One visit and I am pain free. I do have time to time back problem related to my work, my GP spend 2 years to find out what is wrong and couldn't. I was in pain for 2 years. It's took 4 appointments with Tim Wood Health care and I was pain free for 3.5 years but last month done it again and this time I had only one visit 😁

I can highly recommend Eliza. I have been visiting her since moving to Rainham and working in Maidstone in 2024 for persistent neck pain, related to my office job. I now have regular maintenance appointments which help a lot. I have visited both the Rainham and the Maidstone clinics. No issues at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tim Woods practice had been recommended by a friend who's been going to Tim over many years. I had hoped to be able to see Tim myself with my ailments but unfortunately he was on holiday and only Eliza was available. I was intending to move over to Tim once he was available for further consultation, but after my first appointment with Eliza I think I'll be remaining with her. In the initial consultation Eliza was very attentive and informative, showing good insight into the contributing factors causing my pain. Once on the bench she ran through various exercises and ranges of movement which confirmed her suspicions, and has arranged to email a selection of tailored exercises over to me that will hopefully start to ease the problem further until my next appointment with her. All in all a very encouraging first meeting that I would certainly recommend to my friends and anyone else who may read this.

Elisa is a fantastic practitioner. Very professional and knowledgeable. I first met her with a back/leg condition that made it very painful to walk. I limped in and walked out pain free. I now see her every 2 months for maintenance on my back and legs. I would highly recommend her.
